Deena Ram is a former Indian national athlete. He won the gold medal in ATF and silver medal in 3000 meters steeplechase in Asian Games. He was awarded Arjuna Award in 1990. He was coached by Illyas Babar. He was born in 1964 in Rajasthan state.
